Dear Family,

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we are excited to invite you to our annual Hispanic Heritage Potluck Luncheon! This special event is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, share delicious food, and celebrate the rich history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans.

Event Details:
• Date: Friday, October 9, 2026
• Location: Cafeteria
• Contribution Drop Off: 1 PM
• Luncheon Time: 1:30 – 2:30 PM

How to Participate:

We invite families, if possible, to bring a favorite cultural dish, appetizer, side, dessert, or beverage to share. Whether it is a traditional family recipe or a favorite staple, we would love to feature it on our potluck table. Everyone is welcome to join us; no contribution is required to participate.

Please include a small note with your dish listing the ingredients so guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies can safely enjoy the meal. We will be accepting potluck contributions in the student cafeteria beginning at 1 PM and the luncheon.

We look forward to sharing this wonderful afternoon of food, community, and culture with all of you. Thank you for your continued support in making our community a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone.
