Free Summer Meals NYC

Starting June 28 and through the summer, all New Yorkers can receive free “Grab & Go” meals across the city. No registration, documentation, or ID is required. Meals locations are open to children, families, and the general public daily, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

It’s time for the 15th annual NYC School Survey! Every year, families and teachers in grades 3-K through 12 and students in grades 6–12 across New York City share their thoughts on their experiences in and out of the classroom over the past school year. IS 349 Student I-Ready Assessments from Monday 5/24/21 until Friday 5/28/21

I-Ready is an online program for reading and/or mathematics that will help your student’s teacher(s) determine your student’s needs, personalize their learning, and monitor progress throughout the school year. DOE UPDATE: CHANCELLOR PORTER LAUNCHES FIVE-BOROUGH FAMILY ENGAGEMENT FORUMS

Schools Chancellor Meisha Porter announced today the launch of a five-borough family engagement tour to hear directly from school communities about their experiences over the school year, help answer questions and gather feedback on the Executive Budget, and foster a discussion on school reopening for the fall. There will be a virtual forum held in every borough over the next four weeks, and all families are invited to participate.
