We would like to inform you that we have sent home the wrong COVID letter and we apologize for the confusion. Our school is open next week, please send your child to school. Please read the correct COVID letter attached. If you have further questions, comments or concerns please call the school on Monday. I.S. 349 Parent Committees Need You!

We need parents to help make I.S. 349 the best it can be! We need parent volunteers for positions in the Parent Association, the School Leadership Team and the Parent Advisory Council. We urge you to consider nominating yourself or another parent for parent committee positions.

Families are encouraged to record their student’s vaccination status in the DOE's COVID-19 Vaccination Portal, link is provided below. Submitting this information will support New York City’s pandemic response and recovery efforts, and help ensure that DOE schools and buildings remain safe places for all students and staff. Students and their families can access the Vaccine Portal with the student's DOE account login credentials (email and password).

Urgent: The 6 and 7 Grade Meet and Greet Sessions have been Rescheduled!

Dear I.S. 349 Families,
Hope you and your family are doing well and were not personally affected by Wednesday's storm. Please be advised that due to clean-up, public transportation delays, flooding and abandoned vehicles in the area due to the storm, we had to cancel the 6 and 7 Grade Meet and Greet sessions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause the safety and security of our families are our priority. The Meet & Greets sessions will be rescheduled for Thursday, September 9, 2021. Stay Safe! See attached flyers for more information.
