Dear 6 Grade Parent and Student,

Congratulations! Welcome to 6th Grade! It is a pleasure to welcome you and your child to IS 349 and to a most important transitional and educational experience. We have an exciting year planned for you, including new materials to learn, new friends to meet and new skills to master…we look forward to sharing in this exciting time with you.  The time has come to start preparing for the transition from 5th grade to 6th and we are excited to welcome your family to our community. More importantly we welcome the opportunity to help you best support your child in this transition.

 

We are inviting you to attend a 6th Grade Parent & Student Orientation on Thursday June 29, 2023 at 11 AM in the school auditorium. Parents, please use the entrance on Starr St. and Wilson Ave and the auditorium will be on your right-hand side.
